Okie dokie, I’ll help you.
TF2’s a fps. If you don’t like them, you might not like tf2. TF2 is also free to play, so if you don’t like it, you won’t feel ripped off. To obtain TF2, you’ll need Steam. Steam is free as well.
Now, there’s 9 different classes. Scout, Soldier, Pyro (hi), Engineer, Heavy, Demoman, Medic, Sniper, and Spy. Once you get to know them you’ll have an easy time distinguishing them.
TF2 has an in-game tutorial thing. It works, but it kinda sucks. You can practice offline fortunately.
When you think you’re good enough, look for a server, preferably a Valve one, as it’s good for beginners.
That should be all for game questions, if not just ask me some more.
If you’re interested in the “lore”, check out this nifty thing Valve did awhile ago.
If you have any more questions, feel free to ask!
I can’t believe I never put up this picture until now!
